Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Draft. This text is a draft, not the final version: it may change before launch.
1. The service
Clariwise lets you upload your bank statements, categorize their transactions with the help of artificial intelligence and keep track of shared expenses and balances with other people. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your access safe. Provide truthful information and let us know if you think someone accessed it without your permission.
3. What you upload
Only upload statements and data that belong to you or that you have the right to use. They remain yours: we only use them to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy.
4. AI can make mistakes
Reading statements and suggesting categories are automatic and may contain errors. Review what you confirm: the transactions, categories and splits you approve are your decision.
5. Not financial advice
Clariwise shows you your transactions and balances so you can understand them better. It is not financial, accounting or tax advice, and balances between people are a record of what you agree on, not a legal obligation.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for illegal purposes, to harm it or to access other people's data. We may suspend an account that does.
7. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running well and without interruptions, but it is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
8. Ending
You can stop using Clariwise and ask us to delete your account at any time. If we shut down the service, we'll let you know in advance so you can take your data with you.
9. Changes and governing law
If we change these terms, we publish the new version here with its date and let you know if the change is significant. They are governed by the laws of Chile. Questions: [email protected].
